Award and Gift Cards are issued by Sunrise Banks, N.A., Member FDIC, pursuant to a license from Visa U.S.A. Inc. and may be used at retail, online, by mail order and over the telephone in the U.S. and the District of Columbia everywhere Visa debit cards are accepted. Funds may not be used outside of the U.S. Except as prohibited by law, Gift Cards will be charged a Monthly Maintenance Fee of $2.50 after 12 months of cardholder inactivity. A purchase transaction will stop the Monthly Maintenance Fee from recurring for an additional 12 months. Award Cards will be charged a Monthly Maintenance Fee of $2.50 per month after 12 months from the date of purchase. Gift and Award Cards are good for no fewer than 5 years from the date of purchase, but the funds do not expire.
